Classically trained, Yaroslav (Slava) Shukel has been creating interesting and beautiful jewelry since 1987. Inspired by antique pieces, nature, and art, Slava's designs are at once surprising and familiar. He is always challenging himself to work in new ways and with new tools, resulting in an ever-evolving body of work.

While he specializes in traditional methods of hand crafted work in high-grade gold and platinum, Slava is also adept at CAD (computer-aided design) when the projects calls for it. Even this work is finessed to the point of appearing handmade, a skill few possess.

We work with many gem dealers directly, giving us special access to unusual and unique stones. The stones we work with have been individually chosen for their quality and rarity. We love working with colored stones - diamonds are not the only fruit!
